A stagnant or complacent business can become a backwards moving business so easily, and sometimes this can be caused by a lack planning and strategy. There are many facets to your business, and one major part of that the different relationships you have, such as those with your employees and your customers. Having a relationship that grows with your employees and customers is essential, as is having a strategy in place to help yourself and business.

  • Build communication lines that go both ways: With your employees and your customers, everyone needs to feel that they are being listened to when they speak, and making sure they feel this way is important to keeping them as employees or customers. An employee who feels they have a say in the business will see their morale raised. Speaking to your employees about your business is important as well, as this will make the aware of your business goals and what you hope to achieve. This sense of achievement will bring your employees together as a team working together to achieve a common goal.
  • Communicate openly, honestly and freely: When you are speaking to your employees or customers, speaking with openness and honesty help to get across your points or ideas in a way that is easy to understand. Clarity and concise explanations are best when it comes to being understood by your employees or customers. Knowing how you come across is also important, and remembering that this is a business is important to how you communicate with others.
  • Be Fair in Your Decision Making, and Don’t Show Favoritism: If you want your business to succeed, then treating your employees and customers equally is very important. Starting to show favoritism with certain employees will alienate other employees, and cause their productivity and effectiveness to drop. The morale of these employees will also fall, and you will see some areas of your business starting to fall as well. A team where everyone feels equal will stay together as a team. Show each person with respect, and offer encouragement to your employees, teaching them how to do a task if they need the help.

Well, many business person say that, which customer they need and how can they treated them and what should be level of his or her learning.


But my point of view, a business person can not fulfill customer whole kind of demand . In this situation, business person must be provide selective service for selective customer.


In this below, I mention how can we build the right relationship with right customer-




First, we must be select some question by own opinion -

- Are you a good organizer?
- Are you prepared to put in long hours?
- Do you have a positive, friendly, interest in other?

- How can we set particular strategy?

- Which services you provide?
- Which location you prefer?


Second, we must be selecting and preparing some established word -
